Have you ever wondered what you pay for when you buy a piece of clothing? No?  That’s not unusual. We buy stuff from the store, and besides the stamps on the packaging telling you whether it is ecological or fairtrade, very few pay the origin any attention.

But that is not how we do it! We want to show you, that it is possible to provide the world with quality clothes, without making a huge profit on the behalf of people and their work-efforts.

When you buy a t-shirt, the African seamstress will get paid the same amount of money, as you would pay if you bought it directly from her – as if you were on the market, ordered a t-shirt and then paid her. So when you make a purchase from our site, you know exactly how much the maker of your t-shirt gets paid. There are no hidden fees, and you will know, as a consumer, what your dollars are spend on.

You can see the financials at any time, and know what’s going on.
